Women`s Rights in Kyrgyzstan

There are thousands of women literally waiting for the gates to their futures. An issue in my country Kyrgyzstan is the lack of women’s rights. Famously this problem is among the marriage. The marriage for women is meant to be a slave; to stay at home taking care of children, cooking and washing. The answers based on the statistics of women’s rights conventions to the question “How is it to be married?” are “No independence”, “No freedom”. In some families women are not allowed to work, they are totally dependent on men and men beat their wives. Women are canceled of their rights in “Bride Kidnapping”. The man kidnaps a girl in order to marry her and it is not even carried by a girl if she gives her agreement to marry him or not. The word “It is culture, you have to marry” ties women’s rights. By donating today, we can change the world of women, giving them help needed to be free.
Program GNML can help:
  • To create women’s law online projects, blogs which will have a record of protecting and advancing women’s rights all over the world.
  • By being educated, the public will understand the harmful mistreatment of women and advocating for systemic change people will seek to make women safe and free.
  • Our small projects, blogs, sites can be joined by big conventions, suffrage such as “Declaration of Sentiments” and can grow and be spread online.
